I didn’t arrive in my 50s with everything figured out. I arrived knowing I could trust myself to figure it out.
I’m a Mexican-American, first-generation college graduate, military veteran, mother, wife, leadership professional and the creator of Silver Sister Says. My life has included reinvention, hard-earned confidence, a healthy love I once had to trust myself enough to choose—and a gray-hair journey I never expected to enjoy this much.
I talk about aging, beauty, menopause, movement, relationships and the inner work that changes how we move through all of it. Not because my choices are the answer for every woman, but because sharing honestly can help another woman hear her own voice more clearly.
